MOVE Coin
Recognition for people who build and protect the mission.
A member may hold multiple separately awarded Community Coins, up to a lifetime balance of 250. The balance records contribution; it does not create money, equity, or control.
Multiple coins are allowed. One active member record is required. One advisory ballot stays one advisory ballot.
Canonical supply
A capped recognition system, not a token sale.
MOVE Coins create a durable record of cumulative verified contribution without becoming money, equity, an asset claim, or an investment product.

A member may hold from 0 through 250 separately awarded Community Coins. The cap cannot be bypassed through multiple accounts, nominees, entities, or household proxies. Council and Founder Coins attach to their offices, not the individual officeholder.
Community Vault release rules
Reserve coins stay locked unless a formal release is approved.
Vault coins cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, promised to sponsors, quietly issued, or counted for reward points while locked.
Funding wall
Cash may come from sponsorships, events, services, vendor programs, or project support. The payer receives the purchased product or sponsorship, not coins.
Still earned
Released coins move from vault reserve to available unissued supply. They still require nomination, evidence, approval, registry entry, and the 250-coin cap.
Reward timing
Released coins do not earn reward points until they are awarded to eligible active members and included on a later published CRF record date.

How the balance works
Contribution accumulates. Control does not.
Coins stay on a member's contribution record and are never spent, redeemed, consumed, or deducted for using MOVE programs or benefits.
Lifetime balance
Each whole coin represents another approved unit of meaningful contribution.
Advisory ballot
Every active member has one community advisory ballot, regardless of coin count.
Award history
Every issuance has its own contribution record, evidence, nomination, and approval.
A balance may determine Steward levels, nomination eligibility, selected noncash privileges, opportunities to submit project proposals, and CRF reward points when a release is approved. Formal Council authority comes from an appointed or elected role, not coin accumulation.
Five contribution paths
Different work. One documented standard.
Hours may be evidence, but there is no automatic hours-to-coin formula. Impact, difficulty, reliability, skill, leadership, compensation, project type, safety, and completion all matter.
Service Builder
Cleanups, wellness support, community care, and verified service hours.
Project Builder
Trails, lodging units, vendor systems, event systems, operations tools, and infrastructure.
Culture Builder
Recurring programming, teaching, hosting, mentoring, and protecting community standards.

Long-term mission protection, safety, trust, accountability, and leadership readiness.

Every award must be traceable.
The member experience should present a Steward Profile, Contribution Record, or MOVE Passport, never an investment wallet.

Permanent contribution record:
Community Coins are non-spendable, nontransferable, non-saleable, and non-giftable. Active rights are not inheritable. Physical keepsakes may pass to heirs while the registry record becomes Legacy MOVE Steward status.
