Coin registration

Register every coin to one verified member record.

A member can register more than one coin. A person must be an active MOVE member before any coin can become active in the official registry.

The official registration form captures the member contact, coin quantity, membership status, each unique coin number, evidence, and review-only acknowledgments. Workflow routing remains review-only until the Registry Administrator completes the required checks.

Active membershipThe member must be active before any coin can enter the official active balance.
Coin-number reviewThe unique number printed on each coin is checked against duplicates, evidence, award history, source, contribution path, and conflicts.
Cap checkThe resulting active balance must stay at or below the 250-coin lifetime cap.
Registry decisionApproved records enter the official award history. Denied or incomplete records receive follow-up.

Member gate

They must be an active member first.

If someone has 20 coins to register, they can submit all 20 for review. None become active until the member record is active and the registry review approves the award history.

Multiple coins

One member may register more than one coin, with a unique coin number and evidence trail for each coin.

250 lifetime cap

The cap applies across all accounts, nominees, entities, and household proxies.

No transfer

Registration cannot turn a sale, gift, transfer, or inherited active right into an approved coin balance.

Review-only

The intake confirms receipt of information. It does not confirm an award or active registry balance.
